3 nights minimum stay - Refundable deposit for a stay less than 60 days : 500€ and from 60 days : 1000€

*The rates include all charges (electricity, water, gas, internet ...) - No agency fees - No rental file to build

 

For stays up to 90 days, linen is provided : sheets + towels + bath mat + towels

Final cleaning is included in the price for stays less than or equal to 14 nights.

Cleaning and laundry service are not provided during stays

 

For a lease of more than 90 days, we suggest you to contract a mobility lease for a maximum of 10 months :
